Message	going to do and how to make it work when why are you asking us how to make it happen? You are the one that installed a FMIC and now have to figure out a way to work around the problems you created for yourself. The wide "slit" panels might be able w. the addition of a interal diffuser do what you want, the Stillen lovered etc would be harder and odds are less effective. Either way in practice I think you'll have a hard time creating this "directed" air effect you are looking much less be able to quantify if it actually "works" at helping the rad cool. That's my opinion take it with a grain of sal... or rather rice in your case.
